Wine-tasting

From April 20 to November 1 we offer group wine-tasting events, where you can taste 8-9 types of our wine. There are 10 – 40 people in the group. Group wine-tasting events are organized in advance. To do so, call 29119051.    

 

Currently customers are offered several types of wine

 

Apple and chokeberry wines (harvest 2011). Semi-dry and semi-sweet red wine (12% alcohol). Made of apple and chokeberry juice. Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Plum wine (harvest 2011). We offer semi-dry or semi-sweet wine (13% alcohol). The wine is made of several types of plums, but mostly small blue plums. The colour of the wine is slightly purple. Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

Raspberry wine (harvest 2011). Semi-sweet rose wine (13% alcohol). Made of autumn raspberries. Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Birch sap wine made of birch sap collected in 2011 (7% alcohol). Light sweet and sour white wine. Serve chilled.

 

Chokeberry wine (harvest 2011). Semi-dry red wine. A thick, rich wine with a light astringent chokeberry taste (12% alcohol). Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Fruit and berry wine “Rudens” (“Autumn”) (harvest 2011). We offer semi-dry or semi-sweet white wine with a light sweet and sour taste and a rich fruit bouquet (12% alcohol). Made of apple, quince and pumpkin juice. Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Apple and guilder rose wine (harvest 2011). We offer semi-dry white wine with a slightly bitter aftertaste peculiar to guilder rose, and a rich fruit bouquet (11% alcohol). Made of apple and guilder rose juice. Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Grape wine (harvest 2011). Semi-sweet red wine made of Latvian grapes with a rich taste and bouquet (11% alcohol). Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Grape and apple wine (harvest 2011). Semi-sweet rose wine made of Latvian grape and apple juice with a rich taste and bouquet (11% alcohol). Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Dandelion flower wine (harvest 2012). Semi-dry Martini type white wine with a light sweet and sour taste and a bitter aftertaste. Made of dandelion flower essence. 11% alcohol. Sugar is added during the fermentation process.

 

Black currant wine (harvest 2011) Semi-sweet red wine. Thick and rich wine with a bouquet and taste peculiar to black currant (12% alcohol). Sugar is added during the fermentation process.
